Four-stage inspection against an approved physical sample.
Every XHANCO order is produced against a client-approved physical sample and a written specification sheet. Quality is managed by an independent QC department that reports outside production, operating under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000 management systems, supported by an in-house laboratory and full batch traceability.
4Inspection stages per order
8Control points checked
ΔE < 1.5Colour tolerance target
100%Batch-coded traceability
Inspection Stages
IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQA.
1. IQC — Incoming Material
No material enters production before it is verified against the approved supplier specification.
Paper grammage and moisture content
Film gauge, width and tensile properties
Ink and adhesive food-contact declarations
Supplier batch certificates archived
Non-conforming lots quarantined and returned
2. IPQC — In-Process
Operators and roving QC inspectors sample at fixed intervals throughout each run.
Colour density measured against the master proof
Print registration and text legibility
Lamination bond strength and solvent residue
Sealing temperature and seal width
First-article approval before full run release
3. FQC — Finished Batch
Finished goods are sampled by AQL plan and tested for functional performance.
Dimensional check against the approved dieline
Seal strength and leakage resistance
Load-bearing and drop performance for bags
Barcode and QR code scannability
Appearance defects graded major / minor
4. OQA — Outgoing Audit
An independent audit before the goods are released to the container.
Inner-pack and master-carton counts
Shipping marks and label accuracy
Carton strength and pallet stability
Loading photographs and records
Retention samples kept for each batch
The Eight-Point Protocol
Product-specific methods and acceptance criteria

Method
Acceptance basis
Dimensions & format
Calibrated steel rule, calliper and web-width gauge
Approved dieline / specification sheet tolerance
Grammage & thickness
Precision balance for gsm; micrometer for film gauge
Nominal value with agreed tolerance band
Registration accuracy
Registration marks read under magnifier during the run
Within the tolerance stated on the approved proof
Colour consistency
Spectrophotometer, ΔE measured against Pantone and physical master
Target ΔE < 1.5 on primary brand colours
Sealing strength
Tensile tester on heat-sealed specimens
Seal must not fail below the agreed force value
Leakage & barrier
Water and pressure leakage test; barrier structures verified on laminate
Product-specific leakage criterion under agreed medium, time, temperature and test conditions
Quantity verification
Counting at the packing line, weight cross-check on master cartons
Exact declared inner-pack and carton counts
Scannability
Barcode verifier on printed labels and tags
Readability against the agreed code, substrate, verifier settings and application criterion
Laboratory
In-house testing capability.
Physical & Mechanical
Select physical and mechanical checks for the ordered product: film tensile or seal strength, laminate peel or bond strength, and filled-bag or carton handling tests where applicable. Agree specimen preparation, conditioning, test method, sampling and acceptance limits in the inspection specification; not every check applies to every SKU.
Colour & Print
For printed products, identify the approved physical colour reference, instrument settings, colour-difference formula, viewing conditions and tolerance. Agree rub, scratch or ink-adhesion methods where relevant. A colour-control target is not an unconditional guarantee across all substrates and finishes.
Barrier & Function
For relevant films and laminates, specify barrier, seal, friction or anti-fog checks against the intended application and available evidence. Define food or test medium, temperature, duration and acceptance criterion. A leak check does not by itself establish shelf life or gas-barrier performance.
Safety & Compliance
Food-contact testing scope must match the material or finished construction, intended food, contact conditions and destination requirements. Review the laboratory, method, sample identity and report date. A report for one material or batch must not be presented as blanket certification of all products.
Inspection Equipment
Complete in-house inspection equipment.
Our in-house laboratory is equipped with calibrated instruments covering every stage of the QC flow — raw-material verification, print measurement, microbial testing and non-destructive foreign-body inspection.

Request our quality documentation
Request available management-system certificates, production licences, material declarations and sample inspection reports for the specified product. Check the legal entity, site, material or model coverage, issuing body, dates and applicable conditions. Management-system certification and product test evidence serve different purposes. See the OEM specification and sample-approval workflow. Redacted batch or inspection examples should be shared only after their contents and release permission have been reviewed.
