Kraft Paper + BOPET Laminate — Paper-Feel Surface, Industrial Heat-Seal Performance
This paper-based heat-seal film combines a 30 gsm white kraft paper outer layer with a 30 μm BOPET heat-seal laminate inner layer in a 2-layer bonded structure. The kraft paper surface gives the finished package a premium, natural-material appearance and printable surface for full-color custom artwork; the BOPET inner layer provides the heat resistance and seal integrity required for hot food packaging, bakery wrapping and automatic sealing line applications. Most conventional packaging films lose dimensional stability or seal reliability at high food temperatures — the BOPET layer maintains seal strength through the temperature range of bakery and hot-food packaging processes. Guangdong Xinghan laminates and prints the film in-house in Guangzhou.
